In a small village in Southern France, Togo met a beautiful girl sitting by a creek on a hot summer's day.  He showed her some of his drawings in his backpack and soon she was begging for him to paint her portrait that very afternoon.  He did not know that she was the Mayor's Daughter until the maid at his hotel informed him of that fact.  Togo paid his bill and immediately left town.
