The Staff at Le Muse'e D'Art Du Togo Love are a treasure to behold.  All of them adore the working conditions here and their benefits are unlike anywhere else.   To begin with, all receive free room and board if they so desire it.  Most do.  If, during their work hours, they should want a four minute break, they may pass the time in one of many Staff Only rooms situated throughout Le Muse'e.  They need only work an additional four minutes per break at the end of their shift.

One of the perks of working at Le Muse'e is that the Staffers are allowed to smoke inside the Staff Room among the priceless paintings displayed there.  But, have no fear...the art works are only cheap reproductions.   Additionally, these rooms are furnished with comfortable vintage furniture from the colorful 1960s and 70s which can be found at any local thrift store for a nice price.  A common joke among the Staffers is...The room may be quiet, but the furniture is loud!

Here we see Mia utilizing a much-needed break from her clients...or, visitors...who ask especially for her to give them an in-depth tour.  Many of her regulars...oddly enough, all male... visit weekly in order to fully enjoy all that Le Muse'e has to offer. Since all Staff members are volunteers,  Mia does her best to deliver to the visitors whatever they request and, in turn, she hopes to receive a profusion of gratuities...which she gladly shares in part with Le Muse'e's non-profit administration.

These are just a few examples of how remarkable the relationship is between Staff and Administration at Le Muse'e and how it's grown even better every year.  Once envious of this relationship, museums around the world are now beginning to copy this arrangement...which just goes to show that it takes more than the usual wealthy and influential board members and financial institutions to run a museum...it also takes a strong, personal bond between Staffers like ours and their clients...visitors!
